Matthew was a wonderful host!! He was so flexible and provided so much help to our party. The house is in a great location relative to the beach - an easy five minute walk - and the pool was an amazing amenity that we got lots of use out of. Stayed here for about a week, and loved every second of it! The space was like a little oasis and private island for my partner and I! Matthew was very responsive, proactive with check in and any instructions or questions I had! (Even recommending some really good places to eat as well!)

We had an amazing stay. Walkable location from the beach. Cart is provided to haul chairs and beach umbrella. The unit was very clean. Strong wifi. Peaceful neighborhood with quiet hours posted.

Matthew was great. Easy to communicate through the app. He was very responsive to any identified issue.

Shared washer and dryer with other unit was not an issue.

we wanted a place away from the tourists , and this was the perfect place. we love fishing and we caught two big fish that we ate later and cooked on the grill, the grill was extremely convenient. we loved the decorations in the place. we had absolutely everything we needed. it was the perfect stay highly recommended - Jul 2024
