Maxwell Sands was amazing! The house is beautiful, well stocked and the best night sleep I had in a while. Every detail was carefully thought of. I loved all the beach prints hanging throughout. The beach supplies came in handy for a quick walk to the beach. Matthew was super helpful and we would recommend this home to anyone. Thank you for sharing your beach house with us. - Mar 2025

Clean, comfortable, and great location! Our space was different than in original photos due to a lot of remodeling needing to be done from the hurricane in September, but Matt was very accommodating and checked in throughout our stay to see if we needed anything. We appreciated his attentiveness to making sure our stay met our expectations! - Feb 2025

Matthew was a great host. We were originally staying at another one of his properties, but due to the recent hurricanes this property was unavailable. Matthew let us stay at another one of his properties, that was bigger and better.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this vacation rental, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, our host, Matthew, went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. His communication was excellent, and it was clear he genuinely cared about our experience. The house itself was pristine—immaculately clean and stocked with everything we could possibly need. From essential bathroom supplies to a fully equipped kitchen, they thought of everything. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, making it easy for everyone in the family to relax and unwind. The golf cart was great to take to the beach! The highlight for us was the pool area. It was so relaxing, and the pool was perfectly heated, allowing us to enjoy it day or night. We also loved the Blackstone grill in the backyard, which made preparing family meals a breeze. Being on the water was an added bonus. The dock and kayaks made for some memorable moments—whether we were paddling around or just enjoying the view, it was an amazing setting. Overall, this place truly has it all—comfort, luxury, and all the little extras that made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommend! - Jan 2025

We loved our stay here!!!! A large group of friends and family stayed here to celebrate a few exciting milestones and we loved our experience! The house was very clean and organized in, and the location was perfect! Matthew was the best host, he was so responsive and gave the best local recommendations. Matthew especially stood out as an amazing host as he kept us updated throughout the renovations due to the 2024 hurricanes.
