We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this vacation rental, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, our host, Matthew, went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. His communication was excellent, and it was clear he genuinely cared about our experience. The house itself was pristine—immaculately clean and stocked with everything we could possibly need. From essential bathroom supplies to a fully equipped kitchen, they thought of everything. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, making it easy for everyone in the family to relax and unwind. The golf cart was great to take to the beach! The highlight for us was the pool area. It was so relaxing, and the pool was perfectly heated, allowing us to enjoy it day or night. We also loved the Blackstone grill in the backyard, which made preparing family meals a breeze. Being on the water was an added bonus. The dock and kayaks made for some memorable moments—whether we were paddling around or just enjoying the view, it was an amazing setting. Overall, this place truly has it all—comfort, luxury, and all the little extras that made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommend! - Jan 2025

We loved our stay here!!!! A large group of friends and family stayed here to celebrate a few exciting milestones and we loved our experience! The house was very clean and organized in, and the location was perfect! Matthew was the best host, he was so responsive and gave the best local recommendations. Matthew especially stood out as an amazing host as he kept us updated throughout the renovations due to the 2024 hurricanes. Fabulous home for our family vacation! Amenities galore for additional fun! It easily a top favorite now for our family. This home is not only in a beautiful serene setting and location… but the house was perfect for a very enjoyable stay… fishing, wildlife watching, swimming, sightseeing, games, food and so convenient to the beach too! Not only was the setting beautiful, serene and comfortable… but the amenities were perfect! The home is spacious and accommodating!

We especially loved the ease of the golf cart in getting around town quickly and easily… but also the pool and beach supplies were unexpected. We didn’t need to bring a thing other than suitcases and some groceries.

Be sure to keep an eye out for the porpoises and other aquatic life. You never know what you might see, unexpectedly jumping around in the water.

My boyfriend & I traveled down from Kissimmee Fl, for a little getaway from home. Matthew was the best host hands down 🙌🏼 checked up on us to make sure everything went smoothly, very quick to respond & gave recommendations on activities around to do , gave clear instructions , was able to accommodate our 1 year old baby lab Astra 🖤. The hot tub & pool was the cherry on top for me so relaxing & peaceful, We will definitely be coming back very soon 😇. - Sep 2024

Matthew was a great host! He was always quick to respond to any questions we had about the reservation and always super nice to speak with. The house was well furnished with everything you needed to cook and every room was super accommodating for each couple to have their own space! I would truly recommend this house to anyone who needs a chill beach style house with your own privacy! The pool was warm clean and refreshing in the Florida heat. The house is adorable and a perfect place for a couple or a small family. We loved the playground and parks that were close. Everything is walkable.
